We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and their families through the admissions process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students make informed decisions about their education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist prospective students and parents with the admissions process, including inquiries, applications, and enrollment procedures.
- Provide detailed information about programs, curriculum, tuition, and scholarships.
- Conduct campus tours and information sessions for prospective students.
- Maintain records of student applications and follow up to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Collaborate with the marketing and admissions team to develop outreach strategies.
- Participate in school fairs, open houses, and community events to promote the institution.
- Address concerns and provide solutions to ensure a positive admission experience.
